Matt - Tania - Dale
We celebrated our first warm Christmas this year in the land down unda! We spent Christmas Day at home relaxing, cooking, and just enjoying time off work. We were invited over to a co-workers house (Tania) on Christmas evening for dinner with our friends Rebecca and Matt. There were about eight of us for dinner, it was wonderful. We had fabulous food and even more wonderful wine with dinner. Dinner consisted of a few very "traditional" items - turkey, stuffing, and sweet potatoes. Then there were a few original and very delicious items - chestnut soup, brandy butter, fresh cranberry sauce for the turkey and mashed parsnips.
